RENTAL INFORMATION
Stadium Place offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments steps from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and minutes from K-State, shopping, dining, and restaurants.
Our community features a pool, pickleball court, playground, fitness center, on-site laundry, and on-site management and maintenance. Three- and four-bedroom apartments include in-unit laundry, while one- and two-bedroom residents have access to laundry in the same building.
All apartment homes are currently leased. We are now preleasing for January 2027.
Tours are available by appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom: $975 per month
2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom: $1,250 per month
3 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom: $1,300 per month
4 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms: $1,500 per month
Utilities are not included. A $30 application fee is required per applicant.
One- and two-bedroom apartments have on-site laundry located in the same building. Three- and four-bedroom apartments include in-unit laundry.
